To setup an internet dial up connection, follow these simple instructions:
1) Double click the "My Computer" icon on your desk top.
2) Double click the "Dialup Networking" folder.
3) If it does not start automatically, then double click the "Make New Connection" icon.
4) Enter LakeAccess for the computer name you are dialing, click Next
5) Enter 352 in the area code space, enter 357-0913 in the telephone number space
6) Make sure country/region is set to United States of America, click next
7) Click finish
8) You will now see an icon in the "Dialup Networking" window called "LakeAccess". Point at the icon and 
     click the RIGHT mouse button, a menu pops up. Point at "Properties" and click the left button. 
9) Click the "Security" tab at the top and then UNCHECK the line that says: "Log on to network". Click "Ok"
8) If you would like an icon on your desktop, then with the Dial Up Networking window open, locate the new
      icon for LakeAccess and RIGHT click the mouse, this brings up a small menu, click on create shortcut. A 
     warning will pop up telling you a shortcut cannot be created here, would you like one on your desktop 
     instead, click yes.
9) Double click the icon you just created for LakeAccess. Enter your username and password (all lower case), check the box for save password then click connect. Thats it, You should be on line now!

If you are having problems sending or receiving email, follow the simple instructions below.
If that does not resolve your issue, submit an online
SUPPORT REQUEST

 Open your email program, (Outlook, Outlook Express),
Click "Tools", then Accounts or Email Accounts,
Depending on which program or which version,
Select the email account and click "Change" or "Properties"
Your incoming and outgoing server should both be set to Mail. followed by your domain name.
For example, a lakeinfo.com mail server will be mail.lakeinfo.com for both incoming and outgoing.
In Outlook Express, click the check box that says "My outgoing server requires authentication."
In Outlook you will need to click the More Settings, then the Outgoing Server buttons then click the "My outgoing server requires authentication." check box.
Change your username to your complete email address.
Click OK until you return to the Main Mail window.
Hit "Send & Receive" to test.
